The College Success Initiative provides graduating high school seniors with laptops and essential educational resources to help them begin college with confidence. By removing financial barriers, we help students focus on what matters most earning their degree and pursuing their dreams.

Medical Billing & Coding Initiative: Coding Black

This workforce development program will provide women with the opportunity to earn an industry-recognized certification, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to pursue meaningful careers in healthcare.

This initiative is dedicated in honor of Nina Massey, whose life was a testament to the power of education and service. She was deeply passionate about the healthcare field, particularly medical billing and coding, and believed education could transform lives. Through this program, we are proud to continue her legacy by opening doors for women seeking career opportunities, financial independence, and a brighter future.

As Nina often reminded us, "This is for us!" Those words continue to inspire our commitment to investing in women and creating opportunities that empower them to succeed.

Applications for the 2026 College Success Initiative are currently accepted by invitation as we launch our inaugural program. Beginning in Jan 2027, applications will be open to eligible graduating high school seniors who meet our published criteria.
